Wow. Great fresh burger, amazing fries and some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. Prices are good for NYC and the ambience and service are top-rate. Highly recommend.
Great place for brunch. They only offer brunch on Saturday and Sunday, but they have an all day breakfast on the week days, which has better selection than most other places brunch menu. The biscuits are particularly good, and rival some of the ones that I've had in the south.
In NYC there are a lot of good places to eat. Being here my whole life, I know that. Needless to say this particular Bubby's location disappointed me. I came here for dinner with my sister for her birthday. The atmosphere was nice but being by the High Line there were obviously many many tourists which dampened the atmosphere. We both ordered the burger and I found myself disappointed with it's lack of flavor. It was quite bland. The only good part of that entree was the fries which were actually quite tasty. I should also note that this particular location is attached to an Ample Hills Creamery which you should definitely go to for their unique ice cream flavors.
Verdict: Pretty place on the inside, tourist trap, sub-par burgers, good fries
Best salads, pancakes, juices and milkshakes! The place is right next to the Whitney museum and highline. Not a tourist trap. Service is good. Expect long waiting time as the place gets crowded. Bit noisy.
Fun, casual, and noisy atmosphere. The staff were busy but helpful. The major highlight was the pancakes - probably the best I have ever had. The friend chicken was also delicious. Great drink menu. Fair pricing for the area. Long waits so try and make a reservation.
